Greg Campbell is President & CEO of Rainmaker, Inc. (www.rainmaker-inc.com), a Strategic Investment and Advisory Firm based in Dallas, TX. He is also Managing Director of Prosalus a healthcare-focused venture capital firm. Most recently, Mr. Campbell was appointed as a faculty expert for the Rapid Acceleration Diagnostics Team (RADx) at the National Institute of Health (NIH). Greg is a long-time entrepreneur, Angel investor, and real estate developer with a focus on building and investing in businesses that are disruptive, scalable, and noble in their purpose.
Greg was a co-founder and Managing Partner of the North Texas Opportunity Fund, a private equity firm that invested institutional money in minority and women-led middle-market companies. Mr. Campbell was founder and CEO of HBCUsOnLine.com an educational technology business. He founded and was managing partner of Solomon Partners, a residential and mixed-use developer with projects in Texas.
He has funded, operated, and advised ventures across a broad array of industries in the United States, Latin America, and West Africa. As a partner with Best Associates, a private merchant banking firm. He was also associated with the formation of the New England College of Business and Finance, American College of Education and Academic Partnerships.
Mr. Campbell has held senior marketing and corporate management positions with Pepsi-Cola, PepsiCo, Frito-Lay and CPC International. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
